Pineapple Juice






Pineapple  Juice Recipe:


Preparation time - 15 mins
Make time - 5 mins
Serves - 2

Ingredients:


Pine apples - 1 (small cube pieces)
Salt - as  per need
Sugar - As per taste
Mint - 4 to 5 leaves
Ice cube- As per need
Water - 2 glass


Method:


Take a blender and  add all ingredients with out ice cube,blend it properly .
Serves with ice cube.

Pura vora Aloor chop / Kima Chop



Pura Vora Aloor Chop Recipe:


Preparation Time - 30 mins
Cook Time - 15 mins
Serves - 5 person

Ingredients:


There are two steps for Pura vora aloor chop

 For filling:


Minced meat ( kima) - 1/2 cup ( Beef, Mutton,Chicken)
Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
Green pepper chopped - 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup
oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste

For Aloor Chop:


Boiled potatoes - 2 cup
Chopped onion - 2
Red chili Flacks ( shukna morich ) - As per taste
Mustered oil - 3 tsp
Salt - as per need
Egg - 1
Breadcrumb - 1 cup
Oil - for frying

Method:


  1. Heat the oil and add chopped onion, cook until its look soft.
  2. Then add Ginger , garlic paste , green chili, salt, turmeric ,cumin, garom masla powder. soya sauce, mixed it properly then add meat.
  3. After that add 1 cup of water and cover with a lid, cook  with medium low heat until its cook perfectly.
  4. Take another bowl add mashed potatoes ,onion,chili flacks,mustered oil,salt and coriander leaves mix it properly.
  5. Divided the mashed potatoes into small portion like a ball.
  6. Take mashed potato balls on the palm and make a bowl shape then add filling and closed the open side with mashed potatoes.
  7. After that give a little pressure by another palm to give it chop shape.
  8. Repeat this way make all chop.
  9. Heat oil to another pan for frying the chop.
  10. Take a beaten egg,for dunk the chop,after that roll or move to the breadcrumb.
  11. Fry with low heat until its look brown.   

Its Ready to serve............Serve with sauce.

Faluda




Faluda Recipe:

Preparation Time:30 mins
Ready time - 15 mins
Serves - 2 person

Ingredients:


 Stick noodles - 1/2 packet
Tokma - 100 grams
Shabu dana - 200 grams
Milk - 1/2 kg
Ice cream - Any flavor
Rooh Afja - As per need
Mixed Fruits -( Banana,Mango, Grape or any fruits cube)
Any type of jelly- As your taste
Cashew nut ( chopped) - 2 tbsp
Sugar - As per taste.

Method:



  1. Boil stick noodles with any food color and drain the water.
  2. Soak tokma with few sugar and water.
  3. Wash shabudana and cook with milk and sugar make it lightly thick, Don't make it over thick.
  4. Take two serving glass at first add boiled noodles, then add rooh afza, shabudana and then add again noodles layer.
  5. Add tokma and again add noodles layer.
  6. Make layer with Ice cream , cubed fruits,cashew nuts and jelly. 


Serve chilled.......Happy cooking.

Plam seeds juice ( Taler Shasher Juice)



Plam Seeds Juice Recipe:

Preparation time - 10 mins
Making time - 5 mins
Serves - 2 person

Ingredients :

Plamyra plam seeds( Kacha taler shash) - 5 pieces
Fresh Coconut Water - 3 cups
Sugar - As per taste
Ice cube - As per need
Mint leaves -  2 or 3 leaves

Method :


  • Wash and peel of the layer of plam seeds.
  • Then cut into little pieces. 
  • Take a blander and add all ingredients with out ice cube.
  • Blend it properly.
Pour into glass and serve chilled.....

Ruti




Ruti Recipe :


Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cook time - 5 mins
Serves -  5 person

Ingredients :


  • Flour - 3 cups
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Water ( warm / Normal) - 3/4 cup
  • Oil - 3 tsp ( optional)
  • Extra Flour - 1/4 cup ( for rolling)

Making Procedure :


  • Take a bowl and add flour and salt,mix it well.
  • Add oil and mix properly until all lumps are vanished.
  • Then add water mix thoroughly  make a soft dough.
  • Heat taowa on medium heat.
  • Press the dough and make a little size balls .
  • Dip a ball into flour and roll it out into a thin CD, Make all ruti like this way.
  • Place ruti into hot taowa,and Turn over the ruti other side you can see a bubble become visible to out side.
  • Cook it 10 to 15 sec.
  • Repeat the process for remaining dough.   
  • When you fry another roti, make sure your taowa is not too hot. 
Its ready to serve....Sarve with anything like vaji , beef, chicken,haleem etc.

Beef Haleem




Beef Haleem Recipe:

Preparation time - 1 hour
Cook time -  30 mins
Serves - 4 person

Ingredients:


Haleem mix - 1 pkt
Haleem mix masala - 1 pkt
Beef - 250 gm (cube)
Onion Paste - 2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Ginger ( chopped) - 1 tsp ( for garnish)
Coriander leaves - 1 cup  ( for garnish)
Fried onion - 1 cup  ( for garnish)
Cucumber ( chopped) - Garnish
Oil - 1 cup
salt - As per needed
Lemon ( cube) - Garnish
Green chili (chopped) - As per taste
Water - As per need

Method:


  1. At first Soak the haleem ready mix to hot water at least Half an hour.
  2. Clean beef proper and Drain the water.
  3. Take pressure cokker and add  oil,onion paste, garlic paste,ginger paste and haleem mix masala and cook around 10 mins or 4/5 whistle.
  4. When it will perfectly cooked and liquid will reduce,open the lid and add haleem mix paste and cook around 20 - 25 mins with out lid.
  5. Stir continuously Otherwise its burn.  
  6.  Then add water and cook until makes  a perfect gravy.
  7. Haleem is ready and served with fried onion, chopped ginger, coriander leaves and lemon cube.

Chira ( flat rice) - 1 cup
Coconut - 3 tbs

  • Wash flat rice properly and soak it around 1 hour with water.
  • take a blender and blend all ingredients properly.

Peyajo ( Onion and lentil Fitters)




Peyajo Recipe:


Preparation time - 40 mins
Cook time - 15 mins
Servre person - 5 person

Ingredients:



  1. Red lentil ( mushur dal) - 1.5 cup
  2. Onion ( chopped ) - large 2
  3. Green chilies - 4 ( chopped)
  4. Turmeric powder -  1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup ( chopped)
  7. Chickpea flour ( basion) - 1 tbsp
  8. Salt - As needed
  9. Oil - to fry



Cooking Instruction :


  1. Soak lentils around 40 mins and drain water properly.
  2. Take a blender and blend lentil, Don't make it smooth it will be a coarse paste.
  3. Take a bowl add lentil paste,onion,chilies,turmeric powder, ginger paste, coriander leaves , salt and chickpea flour, mix it properly.





4. Then heat the oil on medium low heat.
5. take the little amount of mixer,push by your finger and drop it slowly into hot oil.
6.fry until its looks golden brown.

Fruits salad



Fruits Salad Recipe:


Preparation time - 10 mins
Mix Time - 2 mins
Serves - 3 person



Ingredients:

  1. Banana - 1 cup ( cube)
  2. Mango - 1 cup ( cube)
  3. Pine apple - 1 cup ( cube)
  4. Orange - 1 cup ( peeled and Cube)
  5. Grape - 1 cup
  6. Strawberry (Slice) - 1 cup
  7. Apple - 1 cup ( cube)
  8. Orange juice - 1/2 cup
  9. Lemon Juice - 1/4 cup
  10. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  11. Honey - 2 tea spoon
  12. Salt - As per needed
  13. Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  14. Grated lemon with skin - 1/2 tsp

Method :


Take a medium size bowl.Combine all the ingredients and mix it properly.
Cover with lid and keep to refrigerator at least 10 mins.

Jelabi




Jelabi Recipe:


Preparation time : 30 mins
Cook time :  15 mins
Serves person : 5 person

Ingredients:

For Jelabi :

Flour ( mayda) - 1 cup
Cron flour - 2 tsp
Yogurt - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Yeast  - 1 tsp ( mixed with 1/3 cup of warm water not too hot)
Oil - for fry
Turmeric powder - pinch of

 Sugar syrup (Shera) :


Water - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 cups
Rose Water - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Method:


  • Take a pan and add sugar and water and boil it until its make half. When it will half add rose water and add lime juice , your syrup is ready.
  • For jelabi first of all mix all dry ingredients like flour, corn flour,sugar and pinch of 
  • turmeric powder combine it properly.
  • Add yogurt and  yeast water to the dry ingredients and bland them properly,add water if needed The consistency of batter should be thick like a butter cream so you should be able to make shape when you pipped in a zip-lock bag or squeeze bottle.
  • keep it half an hour with a lid.
  • Pre heat the oil with low medium heat, filled the bottle and make jelabi shape to hot oil.Fry until its become golden brown and crisp.   
  • Immediately dip the jelabi to hot syrup and keep it at least 1 mins. 
  • Its ready to serve............Happy cooking.

Chana Vhuna Recipe








Chana Vhuna Recipe:


Preparation Time - 30 mins
Cook time - 15 mins
Serves person - 3

Ingredients:


  1. Black chickpea ( chana ) - 1/2 cup
  2. Onion ( chopped) - 1 
  3. Tomato ( chopped) -  1/2 portion of a tomato
  4. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger paste -1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  7. Green chili - 3 ( split)
  8. Red chili - 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves -  2 tbs
  11. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  12.  Salt - As needed
  13. Oil- 2 tbs
  14. Water - As needed


Cooking Instruction :



  1. Clean and soak black chickpeas all night in water for 6 - 8 hours.
  2. Wash it properly and transfer to a pressure cooker Add salt and 2 cups water and cook them for 4 to 5 whistle on low flame.
  3. Drain water from boiled chickpeas and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil and add chopped onion ,fry until it looks light brown.
  5. Add ginger,garlic paste and green chili,chopped tomato,salt,chili powder and turmeric powder cook around 2 - 3 mins on low flame.
  6. Add boiled chickpea , garam masala powder,cumin powder and coriander leaves.
  7. Mix it well and Cook around 4 to 5 mins.

Cucumber with Shrimp Curry ( shosha diya chingri)




















Cucumber With Shrimp Recipe:


Preparation time : 15 mins
Cook time : 15 mins
Serves Person : 3 persons

Ingredients:


Cucumber ( large size) - 2
Shrimp - 1.5 cup ( medium size)
Coconut Milk - 1 cup
Green chili - 7 or 8
Chopped onion - 3
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt - as per needed
Coriander leaves ( chopped ) - As per needed
Water - 2 cup

Method:


  1. Peel off the cucumber and cut into thick cube pieces.
  2. Wash shrimp properly.
  3. Heat the oil, add chopped onion fry till it's become brown.
  4. Then add garlic paste, turmeric powder,chili powder,salt and shrimp fry it around 2 minutes for low medium heat.
  5. add 1 cup of water cook around 3 mins after that take out the shrimp with out gravy and keep shrimp aside.
  6.  Then add cucumber and coconut milk with the gravy.
  7. Cook 5 mins with a lid.
  8. After 5 mins add another cup of water and green chilies.
  9.  When the curry take a gravy look add shrimp and chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Cook till cucumber and shrimp are done.   


It's ready to serve..........Serve hot with plain Rice.

Chicken Broast














Chicken Broast Recipe:


Preparation Time : 1:30 hour
Cook Time : 15 minutes
Serves Person : 8 Person

Ingredients:


For chicken marination :
  1. Chicken -  8 pieces ( with skin )
  2. Lemon juice - 2.5 tsp
  3. Mustard paste - 1/2 tsp
  4. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - as per needed 

For coating :
  1. Egg - 1 
  2. Milk - 2.5 tbsp
  3. Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  4. Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Plain flour - 3/4 cup
  6. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - For deep fry.

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken properly and dry it very well with a paper towel.
  2. Marinate the chicken  with salt, mustard paste, Black pepper and lemon juice for at least 1 hour.
  3. Now we make a mixer with Plain flour, corn flour,Cinnamon powder and red chili powder.
  4. Now take another bowl and mix egg and milk properly.
  5. Dunk each pieces of chicken into Egg mixer and coat into flour mixer.
  6. We will repeat the process again for every chicken pieces so chicken will more thick and crispy.
  7. Heat oil properly and deep fry the chicken on medium heat until it's color become golden brown.
  8. Remove extra oil with paper towel.  

It's ready to serve .............. Serve with sauce of your choice.

Tamarind Juice





















In this hot summer day, people need refreshment. A refreshing Juice can make yourself happy and chill.let we learn how to make tamarind juice.Tamaring juice is sweet,sour and refreshing juice.

preparation time : 15 mins.
serves : 4 person


Ingredients:


  1. Tamarind pulp : 2 cup
  2. Water :  6 to 8 cup
  3. Sugar : According to taste
  4. Salt : As per taste 
  5. Vanila essence : 1 tsp
  6. Lemon  : 1 slice for Decoration


Method :


  1. At first remove hard shell and sort the middle fibre which remain everything together. Soak in the hot water to remove the shell. 
  2. Then use hand to make the pulp removed from the fibres & seeds. 
  3. Now stir the pulp with the water as a sort of sour scent came. 
  4. At last mix all the ingradients, sweetness will be depends on the taste. 
  5. Serve with ice cube and 1 lemon slice for decoration in the glass.

Egg caramel pudding
















Egg caramel pudding is a very excellent dessert  made of simple ingredients like Egg, Sugar,Milk.Kids and adults every body like it very much.this dish is highly full of proteins and calories. there are two parts for Egg caramel pudding one part is make caramel and another part is pudding.let we know about the ingredients.

Caramel pudding Recipe:

Preparation time: 10 mins
cook time : 50 mins
serves : As desired

Ingredients:

Egg - 4
Milk -  500 ml ( after boiling it will be 250 ml) around 2 cups
condensed milk : 1 cup
sugar: according to taste
Vanilla essence : 1/2 tea spoon

Method:

First step : Making caramel

take a pan add 2 tea spoon of water and add 3 teaspoon sugar cooked till the sugar makes brown.when it will brown your caramel is ready.

Second Step: Pudding

take a bowl beat the eggs add milk (when it will be cool,don't add hot milk),sugar,essence and beat again 2 mins.take the caramel pan which you made before pour the mixture.place the pan into a bigger pan filled with water,cover with a lid and put a heavy object on it.keep adding water into the big pan until the pudding sets cook it around 50 mins.keep it into the refrigerator when it will chill its ready to serve. take a plate and loose the side and invert it.

Beef Tehari

















Tehari is an authentic Bangladeshi dish.Its makes with sweet smelling rice that packs a lovely punch contributed by green chilies and curried beef.There are many types of tehari for vegetarian and non vegetarian.we learn about make a beef tehari.The difference between Beriyani and Tehari is Cooking Method and fat content.For Biriyani rice,meat and potatoes are cooked separate mainly with ghee and layered during cooking but tehari is cooked with mustard oil and cooked beef is added to rice and mixed together while cooking.Its easy to made and take short time.

Beef Tehari Recipe:

Preparation time-15 min
cooked time - 1 hour
Serves - 8 -10 person

Ingredients:

Bashmoti rice - 3 cups
2 kg Beef,small beef
1 tea spoon cumin
1 tea spoon coriander
2 or 3 stick of cinnamon
3 or 4 cardamom
5 or 6 black pepper
1/2 tea spoon nutmeg ( jayfol)
1/2 tea spoon mace  ( joyttri)
3/4 cup mustard oil
1 cup onion slice
2 table spoon ginger paste
2 table spoon garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
2 bay leaves ( Tajpata)
6 cup water
1 cup milk
green chili 10-15
salt According to taste

Method:

Take all spices and grind them.Wash the meat and drained the water.Take the pot where tehari will be cooked,heat oil with medium flame.add onion fry until its golden brown.add meat,ginger,garlic paste, yogurt,1 teaspoon salt,bay leaves and spices mixer.cook medium heat around 30 mins until beef is cooked.add little water and stir meat occasionally. Separate meat keeping the gravy and spices in the pan.Add 6 cup of water and milk and bring boil.add salt.add washed rice and whole chilies and cooked medium heat.when rice is 50% done add beef and mixed it carefully and cooked covered with low medium heat.turn off stove but keep lid on 15 or 20 mins before serve.Serve with salad or kabab.

Hilsa polau






















Hilsha fish is our national fish. Every Bengali like hilsha fish very much. Many types of recipes made by hilsha fish one of them is hilsha polau. Its a very popular dish for Bengal. Let we learn how to make Hilsha polau.

Hilsha polau recipe:

preparation time under 30 mins
serves - 4 persons

Ingredients:

Bashmoti Rice - 500 gm.
Hilsha Fish - 6 pieces
Ghee - 4 tb.spoon
Chopped Onion - 1/2 Cup
Hot Water 750 ml.
Mustered Oil 2 Tb spoon
Onion paste 1/2 cup
Ginger Paste 2 tea spoon
plain yogurt 1/2 cup
Green Chilli  whole 6 or 7 pieces
Cumin Power 1/2 ts
Cardamom 5 pieces
Bay leaves 5 or 6 pieces
Cinnamon stick 3 pieces
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Salt -According your taste

Method:

First high temperature ghee in a pan . Add chopped onion and  stir it until tender add rice stir it properly. after some time add hot water and 1 table spoon salt .cover the pan cook it medium heat until  rice almost 90 % done.
In Another pan when oil will be hot then add onion paste,bay leaves,ginger paste,plain yogurt,cinnamon stick,cumin powder,green chili,salt,lemon juice.stir it properly then add fish and cook it 7 minutes.
then go back to polau portion it will be  cooked about 15 minutes with cover.
open the lid and remove 1/2 portion of polau add polau and fish layer by layer. cover by lid and cook it almost 10 minutes in low heat. Spread ghee over the polau and serve it.

Green Mango Juice


Now Summer Season is Running. Mango is a common fruit in this season. Mangoes are loved by all ages of people. It's called "King of the Fruits". Mangoes are the sources of vitamin A, C and E. Mangoes helps to control cholesterol, prevent heat stroke and also fight for cancer.

Many delicious preparations can be made by mangoes. One of them is "Green Sour Mango Juice". It can refresh you fully.

Ingredients: 4 medium sized green mangoes, sugar 2 table spoons, cumin seeds one pinch, green chilies 4-5 pieces, salt as needed, mint 10-12 leaves, ginger 1-2 small slices, 4 glasses of water.

Recipe: First peel the mangoes and slice/cut them into small pieces. Take the blender and pour water. Then place the mango slices into the blender. Add the mints,cumin seeds, green chilies, sugar, salt and ginger. Then blend it properly as all the ingredients gets mixed. At-last pour on the glasses and add ice and it's ready to serve.
