Melons are on hand in plenty this season in the market.Melon juice is not only for remove thirst but also helps for extra weight loss.It also helps to reduce body heat.Today let us learn melon juice.

Melon juice recipe:
preparation time: Under 8 mins
serves -1

Ingredient:

half a melon
water 1/4 cup
any sweetener of your choice-sugar or honey

Method:

Slice the fruit into half,scoop away the seeds,peel the skin and chop it into cubes.Blend the chopped melon and add water for soft puree.add sugar or honey. pour into glass add ice cube and serve chilled.
