Tamarind Juice 






















In this hot summer day, people need refreshment. A refreshing Juice can make yourself happy and chill.let we learn how to make tamarind juice.Tamaring juice is sweet,sour and refreshing juice.

preparation time : 15 mins.
serves : 4 person


Ingredients:



  1. Tamarind pulp : 2 cup
  2. Water :  6 to 8 cup
  3. Sugar : According to taste
  4. Salt : As per taste 
  5. Vanila essence : 1 tsp
  6. Lemon  : 1 slice for Decoration


Method :


  1. At first remove hard shell and sort the middle fibre which remain everything together. Soak in the hot water to remove the shell. 
  2. Then use hand to make the pulp removed from the fibres & seeds. 
  3. Now stir the pulp with the water as a sort of sour scent came. 
  4. At last mix all the ingradients, sweetness will be depends on the taste. 
  5. Serve with ice cube and 1 lemon slice for decoration in the glass.

Mango Juice:

















Mango is the king of all fruits Based on taste and Healthy benefit effect.Now Sweet mango is available so this special recipe for all.

Preparation time : 5 min
Serves person : 3 or 4


Ingredients: 

Mango - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Ice cube - As per needed.


Method:

  1. Take a blender.
  2. Combine All ingredients With 2 cups of Water .
  3. Add ice cube blend it until its smooth.
  4. Pour Equal quantities into the glass.
  5. Served immediately and Garnish with cube mango.

Malai cha : ( Cream tea)


























Milk tea is a drink obtain the combination of milk and tea.Milk tea is offers a permutation to helpful physical condition effect that comes with tea and milk.Its a very popular drink all over the world.



Malai cha recipe: ( Cream tea)


Preparation time : 5 mins

cook time : 10 mins
Serve - 2 person


Ingredients:



  1. Milk - 3 cups
  2. tea leaves - 5 tsp
  3. Sugar - as per need 
  4. Egg yolk - 1/2 or buttered biscuit powder
  5. Cardamon - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cream(malai) - based on taste


Method : 
  1. Take a pan and pour milk.
  2. Add egg  yolk or biscuit powder.
  3. Stir them properly and put the pan into stove stir it until boil.
  4. When it boil add cardamon powder.
  5. Add tea leaves and boil. it gives  automatically a beautiful color.
  6. then put of the stove.
  7. After that serves with the Malai or cream.
Serves with biscuit or Any types of snacks.......Thank you.




Pineapple Juice:






Pineapple  Juice Recipe:


Preparation time - 15 mins
Make time - 5 mins
Serves - 2

Ingredients:


Pine apples - 1 (small cube pieces)
Salt - as  per need
Sugar - As per taste
Mint - 4 to 5 leaves
Ice cube- As per need
Water - 2 glass


Method:


Take a blender and  add all ingredients with out ice cube,blend it properly .
Serves with ice cube.
