Chicken Broast Recipe:
Preparation Time : 1:30 hour
Cook Time : 15 minutes
Serves Person : 8 Person
Ingredients:
For chicken marination :
- Chicken - 8 pieces ( with skin )
- Lemon juice - 2.5 tsp
- Mustard paste - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - as per needed
For coating :
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 2.5 tbsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- Plain flour - 3/4 cup
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - For deep fry.
Method:
- Wash the chicken properly and dry it very well with a paper towel.
- Marinate the chicken with salt, mustard paste, Black pepper and lemon juice for at least 1 hour.
- Now we make a mixer with Plain flour, corn flour,Cinnamon powder and red chili powder.
- Now take another bowl and mix egg and milk properly.
- Dunk each pieces of chicken into Egg mixer and coat into flour mixer.
- We will repeat the process again for every chicken pieces so chicken will more thick and crispy.
- Heat oil properly and deep fry the chicken on medium heat until it's color become golden brown.
- Remove extra oil with paper towel.
It's ready to serve .............. Serve with sauce of your choice.
