Chicken Sandwich :  

















Preparation time : 10 mins
Serves : 4 person

Ingredients:
  1. Bread - 8 slice
  2. Boiled chicken chopped pieces(with water and salt) -  1 cup
  3. 2 tbs chopped onion
  4. 1 tbs plain yogurt
  5. 2 tbs mayonnaise
  6. 1/3 cup chopped celery
  7. 8 slice tomato
  8. Lettuce leaves 
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp
  10. black pepper powder 1 tbs
Method:
  1. Take a medium bowl.
  2. Add yogurt, mayonnaise,chopped celery,onion,salt,pepper and boiled chicken.
  3. Divide the mixture among 4 bread
  4. top with tomato ,lettuce and other bread.
  5. Then cut them in triangle  shape.
its ready to serve.






Chot Poti: 

















In this days, Chotpoti is the most popular snacks item to the young ladies. Not only that, each and every types of people likes it very much. But a few can make it very tasty by adding variety in it. This recipe is for those who love it very much. 

Recipe: 

Preparation time: 15 mins.
Cook time: 20 mins.
Serves : 4-6 persons.

Ingredients:

  1. White Peas (motor daal) - 2 cups. 
  2. Potato - 2 medium (Grated After Boil)
  3. Tomato - 1 large (Chopped) 
  4. Egg - 2 (sliced after boiled) 
  5. Cucumber - 1 sliced.
  6. Cumin Powder - 2-3 ts.
  7. salt - varies on taste. 
  8. Black peeper powder - 0.5 ts
  9. Green Chili - 5-6 piece (chopped) 
  10. Red Chili - 3-4 piece (crushed after oil free fry)
  11. Onion - 1 large (chopped) 
  12. Coriander Leaves - 0.5 cup (chopped) 
  13. Tamarind -  100-150 gm (varies on taste) 
  14. Tasting salt - 0.5 ts (optional)  
  15. Sugar - 1.5 ts. 
  16. Chat Masala - 2 ts 
  17. Fuchka - 4-6 piece 
Cooking Process:
  1. Soak the white pea overnight with water so that it becomes soft when cooked. 
  2. Boil soaked pea. Don't make it too mashed. 
  3. Add salt and  all spices  cooked it but don't dry the water.
  4. For tamarind juice take a cup of water, add tamarind and boil it little bit.add sugar and chat masala cooked around five mins.when its will be cool its ready for use.
  5. next step is add 3 teaspoon tamarind juice and potato with boil pea.
  6. cook around 2 or 3 mins
  7. take a serving bowl garnish with cucumber, tomato,green chili, coriander leaves, fuchka and sliced egg.
Its ready to serve...






French toast:












French toast Recipe:

Preparation time - 5 mins
Cook time - 5 mins
Serve - 4 person


Ingredients:



  1. Bread - 4 pieces
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Cornflour - 1/2 tsp
  4. Milk - 1/4 cup
  5. Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  7. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  8. Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  9. Oil - 1/2 cup

Method:


  1. Beat egg properly in a bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients and stir it thoroughly.
  3. Deep the bread into mixer.
  4. Fry it on nonstick pan until both side become brown.
  5. Remember its cook on light heat.Don't use high flame.
Its ready to serve.......its an excellent snacks you should try it.  



DOSA























Dosa recipe:

Preparation time - 10 mins
Cook time - 20 mins
Serve - 12 person

Ingredients:

Rice ( parboiled Rice) - 3 cups
Musor lentil - 1 cup
white Lentil ( mashkolai dal) - 1 cup
Salt - As per needed
Oil - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1

Method:


  1. Wash and  soak rice and lentils separately at least 5 to 6 hours.
  2. Darin water from rice and lentils and grind it properly.
  3. Add 3 cups of water to make it liquid and smooth.
  4. the batter will be perfectly ready when your finger feel its smooth.
  5. Add salt and mix it,to test the consistency of batter you can use a round spoon.
  6. The batter should not draw a round layer on the back of spoon.if it's does add more extra water.
  7. Put a drop of oil on a taowa, Rub with a onion and heat it on high flame. 
  8. When its become hot reduce the fire and pour a scoop full of batter from the middle of pan and move the spoon round and round cook on low medium flame around 1 minutes.
  9. Dosa will be ready when the side will be separate from the pan and upper layer will come out dry.
  10. Fold it left side to right side.
  11. You can serve it with any chatney of your choice and you can also serve with curry .

Egg Cutlet ( Dim Chop) :




















Egg Cutlet Recipe :


Preparation time - 15 mins 
cook time - 15 mins
Serves - 4 persons



Ingredients:



  1. Boiled egg - 4
  2. Egg's white portion - ( for dunk The cutlet)
  3. Medium potatoes - 8 
  4. Fried onion ( payaj barachta) - 1/2 cup
  5. Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  6. Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  7. Black pepper - 1 tsp
  8. dried chilies ( shukna morich) - 1/2 tsp ( smoothly mashed
  9. Masala powder ( gorom mashla gora) - 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt - as per needed
  11. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  12. Crushed biscuit Or bread-crams - for coating
  13. Oil - for fry

Method :



  1. peel potatoes and boiled egg.
  2. mash potatoes with salt and add brown fried onion ,sugar, Garlic ,Ginger paste,Black pepper, masala powder , Dried chili (mashed ) and mix it properly If you want you can use coriander leaves .
  3. Then warp the Boiled egg with mashed potatoes and give it cutlet shape.
  4. Dunk each cutlet into egg's white portion and search or move into bread crams .
  5. fry until its looks golden brown.

Serves hot...........its really yummy .




Kathal cake ( jack-fruit cake):









Kathal Cake Recipe :


Preparation time - 10 mins
Cook time - 30 to 35 mins
Serves - 8 persons

Ingredients:


  1. Ripe jack fruits -  2 cup
  2. Rice powder - 1/2 cup
  3. Flour ( moyda) - 1 cup
  4. sugar - as needed
  5. Egg - 1
  6. Salt - just pinch 
  7. Milk - 2 tbsp
  8. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp
  11. Raisin & nuts - 1 tbsp

Method:


  1. Take the jack fruit pieces and take out the seeds of each jack fruit.
  2. Then blend seed less jack fruit with 1 cup of water and keep aside.
  3. Pre- heat the cake dice 10 minutes with 180 degree Celsius and brush oil on it.
  4. Take a bowl and add rice powder, flour,sugar,egg,salt,baking powder and ghee, mix it very well. 
  5.  Add jack fruit mixer with rice mixer and stir properly to make it thick liquid.
  6. Pour the liquid into cake tray and add raisin & nuts on above bake it in oven for 35 minutes with 180 degree Celsius.
