Loitta shutki bhuna : ( Dried Loitta fish)

















 Loitta shutki recipe:

Preparation time : 15 mins
Cook time : 15 mins
Served person : 5 or 6 person

Ingredients: 

  1. Loitta Fish ( dried ) - 2 cups
  2. Onion chopped -1 cup
  3. Garlic chopped - 1 cup
  4. Onion paste - 1 tsp
  5. Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  6. Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  9. Chili powder - 1.5 tsp
  10. Green chili - 6 or 7
  11. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  12. Salt - as per needed
  13.  Oil - 1/2 cup
  14. Water -1/2 cups


















Cooking Instruction:
  1. Cut the laitta shutki into small pieces around 1'' size.
  2. Remove its tail and head.
  3. Fry them lightly on a pan with out oil and soak them into water for 10 mins.
  4. While it soak wash them properly.
  5. Place a pan into stove and heat oil.
  6. add Chopped onion and fry until its become brown.
  7. Add ginger,Onion paste,Garlic paste,coriander powder, turmeric powder,chili powder,salt and stir it properly.
  8. then add dried loitta fish and stir ,mixed them thoroughly.
  9. Add chopped garlic and stir them .
  10. Then add 1/2 cup of water and green chili.
  11. After 3 or 4 mins put a lid on it. Remember its cook on low medium heat. 
  12. When water dries up its ready for serves.
  13. Before serving sprinkle cumin powder on it.
  14. Serve with rice, khichuri.




Begun Vaja : ( Eggplant fry)











 Begun vaja Recipe


Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooked time : 5 mins
Serves person: 3 to 4 person


Ingredients:

  1. Medium size round eggplant - 2 
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  3.  Red Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Mustered oil - 1/2 cup.


Method: 


  1. Slice the eggplant into 1/2 inch round sizes
  2. Add Turmeric powder, chili powder, salt.
  3. mix it properly and keep it 2 mins.
  4. heat oil into a pan and fry eggplant over medium heat.
  5. Turn both side after 1 or 2 mins.
  6. its will be ready when its color will be brown.


Serves with plain Rice or khuchuri......
