Moroccan Beef Kabab















Kabab is one of the popular dish in this days in our country. people of the country have this meal occasionally as well as habitually. But they want variations in kabab like the taste as well as easy process to make. Moroccan Beef Kabab is such a easier way to make and serve. Here is the recipe.

Moroccan Beef Kabab Recipe:

Preparation Time : 30 mins.
Marinated time: 2-3 hours.
Cook time: 15-17 mins.
Serves : 4-6 persons.

Ingredients:

  1. Beef (Boneless) - 1 kg. 
  2. Chopped Onion - 1 or 2 piece (finely).
  3. Coriander Leaves (Dhania Pata) - 3 tbsp (chopped) 
  4. Pudina Pata - 3 tbsp (chopped) 
  5. Paprika (red chilli powder) - 2 tbsp. 
  6. Cumin (jeera) - 1 tsp. 
  7. Salt - 2 tsp. 
  8. Vegetable/refined oil - 1 tbsp. 
Instruction of Cooking: 

  1. Cut the beef 2-3" cubes. 
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl including cube beef. 
  3. Wrap the bowl with a plastic cover and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate. 
  4. After marinate, put the cubes in skewers and grill them medium-high heat equally for 6-7 mins. 
  5. Serve them as they are hot as you wish to decorate with bread or luchi.
