Peri-Peri Roast Chicken (Nando's style)


















Chicken is the most available protein in our country. Most of the people of our country like chicken rather than beef. Special, juicy and delicious recipe makes it more popular to the people. Today I am going to show all of you how to make it more delicious and yummy.



Peri-Peri Roast Chicken Recipe: 


Preparation time: 15 mins.
Marinate time: 3-4 hours.
Cook time : 90 mins.
Serves : 4-6 persons.


Ingredients: 


  • Chicken - 1 piece (1200-1500 gm).
  • Peri-Peri Sauce (Nando's) - 80 ml. 
  • Grated Ginger - 1 tsp. 
  • Garlic Clove (grated) - 1 piece.
  • Lemon (juice) - 1 (medium) piece. 
  • Dried Chili flake - 1 tsp. 
  • Salt - as per taste. 
  • Peeper - as per taste. 

Cooking Direction: 

  • First, clean the chicken where there will no feather can be seen. 
  • Then, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix them properly. 
  • Rub the mixture over the chicken so that the mixture equally reach each and every part of the chicken. 
  • Cover it and put it for marinate for 3-4 hours. 
  • Preheat the oven 180 degree Celsius. You can make it over the burner as well. 
  • Place the chicken on the cooking tray and pour the marinate over it. Heat it about 90 mins. 
  • As the color of the chicken become brownish, it is ready to serve. 
  • Serve it as it is hot with bread or rice as you wish. 


Chicken Broast:














Chicken Broast Recipe:


Preparation Time : 1:30 hour
Cook Time : 15 minutes
Serves Person : 8 Person

Ingredients:


For chicken marination :
  1. Chicken -  8 pieces ( with skin )
  2. Lemon juice - 2.5 tsp
  3. Mustard paste - 1/2 tsp
  4. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - as per needed 

For coating :
  1. Egg - 1 
  2. Milk - 2.5 tbsp
  3. Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  4. Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Plain flour - 3/4 cup
  6. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - For deep fry.

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken properly and dry it very well with a paper towel.
  2. Marinate the chicken  with salt, mustard paste, Black pepper and lemon juice for at least 1 hour.
  3. Now we make a mixer with Plain flour, corn flour,Cinnamon powder and red chili powder.
  4. Now take another bowl and mix egg and milk properly.
  5. Dunk each pieces of chicken into Egg mixer and coat into flour mixer.
  6. We will repeat the process again for every chicken pieces so chicken will more thick and crispy.
  7. Heat oil properly and deep fry the chicken on medium heat until it's color become golden brown.
  8. Remove extra oil with paper towel.  

It's ready to serve .............. Serve with sauce of your choice.
